We are looking forward to an insightful discussion on preparing for electrical system upgrades and modifications.  
Kade Major with Starr Electric will speak with us about familiarizing FMs with what electrical terms mean and where to find that information.  He will also provide information on how to determine if upgrades will be required for new or upgraded equipment.

Bio
Kade Major is an electrical engineer with Starr Electric. He leads Starr's large construction design-build team helping deliver projects for industrial manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and life sciences clients. One of his passions professionally is empowering end-users through the design process by demystifying electrical system design and presenting design options in a straightforward way. After spending the first part of his career within engineering consulting firms, his favorite part about working at Starr is getting to collaborate closely with Starr's master electricians to improve designs for future projects.
