Step inside the future of workforce development at Guilford Technical Community College’s Center for Advanced Manufacturing (CAM). 

What was once a 250,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and warehouse facility has been transformed into a state-of-the-art training hub, featuring a 157,000 sq. ft. high-bay renovation and a 45,000 sq. ft. second-floor addition designed to support advanced programs in transportation, welding technology, and computer-integrated machining.

The tour will also feature a GTCC Facilities team member who will share how the college is meeting its own internal staffing needs and offering practical insight into real‑world workforce development.
