Fire and life safety are the most important aspects of a Facility Manager's job.  We must stay up to date on North Carolina Building and Fire Codes that are enforceable by state law.  The provision of the code apply to all construction, alteration, movement, enlargement, replacement, repair, equipment, use and occupancy, maintenance, removal and demolition of every building or structure or any appurtenances connected to such buildings or structures.

Please join us as representatives from the Greensboro Fire Department educate us in information that will help us protect our facilites and staff.  They will also provide guidance on what to expect during an inspection of our properties.
