In our data-driven culture, we are inundated with information that attempts to direct our thinking and pocketbooks.  However, when it comes to facility management, we tend to operate more blindly, reacting to the demands of the day.  In this discussion, we will review different key performance indicators and define how they can help us strategically manage our buildings, staff, and resources.  We will identify options for gathering, tracking, and selling this valuable data with intentionality, allowing us to market and drive our facility management programs forward.

John Rimer, President of FM360, has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and over twenty-four years’ facility management experience in a variety of industries. John has worked with a wide array of companies and organizations, ranging from high-tech (Intel, Microsoft, Sun Microsystems) to critical environments (Charles Schwab, Citadel), healthcare to corporate campus, and a number of public entities.  This broad experience has given John an equally broad perspective that he leverages for his clients to drive continuous improvement which aligns with their organization vision and mission.
