IFMA Triad plans a guided tour of the Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Greensboro, 300 N. Elm Street. 

TOUR Starts 11:30am (following tour there will be group lunch in downtown Greensboro for those who can attend, location TBD)

The entrance to the parking lot is on E. Lindsay St. The parking attendant will direct you to the correct area to park.  Come in through the Loading Dock door
and check in at Security.  Currently, there is not a mask policy but that is subject to change. On the safe side, everyone should bring one with them.

This $88M performing arts facility, with seating for 3,023, replaces the 2,400-seat War Memorial Auditorium in the Greensboro Coliseum Complex; the auditorium was torn down in October 2014.  This new performing arts venue was named for Steven Tanger, CEO of Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, who pledged $7.5 million toward the project in 2013. Ground-breaking was held April 26, 2017 and the first work took place July.   Its first public performance was a September 2021 concert which was followed by an official opening in November 2021, and now hosts Broadway productions and many concerts.  Join us for a guided walk-through of this fabulous new addition to Greensboro!
